Scott Benson Band to Headline Keith's Mid-Winter Ceilidh
The Mid-Winter Celtic Festival is excited to announce that The Scott Benson Band will be playing the Ceilidh this year. Scott Benson released his "Point Aconi" CD last summer across Canada, including three concerts in Saskatchewan. The CD release parties were so much fun the The Scott Benson Band is continuing to perform, and the MWCF will feature the band at the Ceilidh, and also at a special preview show at O'Hanlon's on Friday.
The Mid-Winter Ceilidh is a full night of great entertainment, including a performance by the host band, The City of Regina Pipe Band, Irish dancing with The Blakey School of Irish Dancing [Laura Buckley], a fun instructional session on Irish Ceili dancing, and of course the feature sets from The Scott Benson Band. Last year's Ceilidh SOLD OUT and we turned away a number of VERY disappointed people, so be sure to get your tickets early! They are available now on the web site, or in early January in the ticket locations.
Tickets will be available at several Regina locations. You can get them at the Book & Brier Patch [South Albert Street], Bach & Beyond [Golden Mile Plaza] , Cobb Swanson Music [13th Avenue] and also order them ONLINE right up to February 1st by paying with Visa/Mastercard.
