The CRPB travelled to Scotland this past summer, where the band competed at the North Berwick Highland Games and the World Pipe Band Championship. As well, the band performed on Monday, August 6 and Tuesday, August 7 as part of the Piping Live!, International Festival of Piping.

This was the band's 4th trip to Scotland since 2005, and band members had a great time meeting with friends, playing every day for 10 days, and also to hearing the many excellent bands and pipers who will gather in Glasgow for the piping festival.
